Storyteller - Acrylic on reclaimed fan blade

Story Teller was Painted on a very unusual Canvas - a reclaimed Ceiling Fan blade. it was one of 5 blades I could find. 
I wanted to paint a series of paintings that portray the endangered species on our planet. This friendly neighborhood tree frog is no exception. Those red eyes, all seeing but silent. I imagine this frog would be the story teller of the forest. In a world that where there is 7 billion of us, i wanted to lend my soul to those that cant speak for themselves.
