This painting turned out to be very special to me. It was painted during the cold 'polar vortex' months in the US this year. It was my outlet for the longing to spend a warm day next to the crashing ocean waves at the beach.
It also represents a contrast between the power and beauty of nature, the cool beautiful blues intersecting and contradicting the power and violence of a moving wall of water.
